I saw Blaine for numbness in my shoulder. After the first visit I noticed a very slight improvement. She needled me at the second visit and since then I have had pain in my neck and shoulder as well as ongoing burning numbness. I suspect she damaged a nerve. Needless to say I cancelled my next two appointments and will not go back. It's been a month now and the pain and numbness is chronic, whereas before I went I had only intermittent numbness. I would caution anyone against ever having needling done on them and could not recommend this facility. It has now been almost nine weeks since Blaine needled my neck and I am still experiencing pain there, along with continued numbness. The hematoma that resulted from the needling is still there!...the mornings are the worst as it takes time to loosen that area up. I so regret letting her perform that technique on me and again I can't emphasize enough the caution against ever allowing anyone to perform dry needling as a therapeutic solution....the adverse effects are NOT worth the risk. It is a poor substitute for a skilled set of hands....which is the main reason to see a physio. I was never contacted by the Clinic or Blaine to inquire as to why I never returned after that second visit. That alone speaks volumes.Addendum to Dr Brian R: I did appreciate finally getting a response from Body Restoration. However, I am unable to corroborate by either email trail or phone messages your statement to the effect that I have been contacted several times by your clinic. That is simply not the case. Other than your singular reply to my postings I have had no contact with anyone from your clinic since my last visit. Going forward, continuing to engage in this dialogue is really not serving my well-being nor reducing the neck pain I am suffering as a consequence of the dry needling I received as described above. So this is my last post...FYI... I will soon meet with my physician in the hope that we can find a treatment that will remedy this persistent neck and shoulder pain.

Ive been receiving treatment here for physiotherapy and massage therapy and its been a great experience! The girls at the front are friendly, theyre very prompt and get you in fast. Very clean too! Im the physiotherapist treating me is Christine! Shes awesome, she has used a variety of techniques to help me as best as I can and giving me numerous exercises to do at home as well for my recovery! Its been great ! Shes very sweet ! I would definitely recommend her. The massage therapist working on me is Megan. Shes great ! So far Im about to have my second treatment done, but shes super nice, helped me with my questions and information about massage and what to do after it. I would recommend her as well! Definitely 5 stars ! Thanks again guys !

This clinic is great! The staff are all very welcoming and knowledgeable. Christine takes the extra time to explain your injury and she makes sure you understand her treatments. She is very caring and always puts you first. Love the hands-on care. Would highly recommend.

A professional & comfortable physio clinic. Their care model is very well constructed. At each appointment, I feel welcome & am included in the decision making process. I highly recommend anyone dealing with osteoarthritis, neuropathy of any type & seriously, any problem with your body to have an assessment & follow through on their plan of care. I thank my physiotherapist for improving my sense of well being & comfort. I hope to continue with regular appointments! Please give them a try, they won't disappoint!

I had injections done at this clinic, and while they run behind sometimes the clinical work is superior and the practitioners are very professional. Only thing is I always struggle to reach them by phone! Email is great, though.
